Need: Large, deep skillet or pan, oven
1 Large Spaghetti Squash or 2 small
1 White Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 head broccoli
1-2 jalapeno peppers
1-2 Mild Banana Peppers
1 pound uncooked shrimp
Approx 1-2 cups Salsa – homemade or organic commercial.
Cook spaghetti squash in oven. Poke holes with a fork in Squash and cook at 375 for about 45 minutes
Saute all veggies in coconut oil or evoo in deep pan. Add shrimp and salsa. Cook completely. Add cooked spaghetti squash and mix well. Serve immediately.
