EASY-PEASY Cinnamon applesauce :)


My Kristen came up with this. She’s 4. Yep, it’s that easy.

Grab your blender, pour in a little less than 1/4 c. water, chunk up some peeled apples (we prefer organic), throw the apples in and blend on low/low until just smooth, chunky if you like it that way. Sprinkle cinnamon in (1-2 tsp) and finish blending, or serve plain and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. They want this EVERYDAY. Super quick, and I save the leftover for tomorrow’s lunchboxes.

How many apples really depends on how many people you’re feeding. For 4 kids, we use 3 large apples.

    I really like that idea of avacado-maise sounds very delicious i’m new to this healthy low-carb/paleo way of eating
    and can use all the help i can get until i get the hang of eating this way today i made garlic and beef broccolii dish with curry and tumeric and mashed potatoes(califlower mashed) my wife loved it i feel so much better more energy when i eat this way oh well God Bless and Thank’s
